When the time range in the Zonar of the SOC dashboard is modified the Service Level Compliance % value does not change.
The compliance percentage shows current compliance only (the last hour's compliance), which is the same as the mechanism that generates SLA alarms. This is intended behavior. There would be a potential performance penalty for calculating the metric over too long a period of time because historical data has to be queried from the database.
The current value for the last hour's compliance is what is displayed for the percentage Service Level Compliance so changing the time range from the Zonar has no effect on the value. This is a feature.
