When running the Self service Desktop Migrator to migrate to a local PST the end user is prompted for the Default Outlook Directory.
Usually the default Outlook directory would be located under (or similar to depending on OS version) the following path:
"c:\documents and settings\user name\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook"
If this path is not available in certain environments then SSDM may prompt for the location which could confuse end users.
It's possble to use the parameter SelectedPstDir=<path> to hardcode the location for target PSTs to workaround this problem. Please see the Parameters reference guide, NME_Params_Ref.PDF supplied with the Notes Migrator for Exchange Documentation for more details of this paramater.
Be advised that the SelectedPstDir=<path> will not automaticaly create the folder structure that is specifed in the path, if the folder does not exist then the SSDM user will be prompted for the path.
