Errors may include:
From the 'Specify Publisher' window: Local repository is not available, Server instance has not been configured - when setting up Log Shipping
From the LiteSpeed Console, errors may display "Not Available. This server instance does not have a Local Repository configured.
LiteSpeedLocal database is not configured, even though it is visible from a previous installaiton of LiteSpeed. It will also verify the connection.
Run Instance Configuration to setup LiteSpeedLocal database and correct the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\LiteSpeed\SQL Server\LiteSpeedSettings.ini file.
