Rebooted the VM running the Virtual Center to see the above errors in the agent logs.
No more data collection on the VC after re-boot.
Please do the following checks:
If ping goes well and re-staring the agent manager doesn't fix the issue:
Please install vClient on the agent box , use the same credentials as mentioned/indicated in the agent properties. If you see any communication errors between the agent box & VC, please correct that.
Re-start the Agent Manager service and on the web console deactivate/activate the VMware performance agent.
Wait for a while for data collection.
