Description
Error when trying to open a completely indexed repository with the InTrust Repository Viewer (non-legacy):
"Could not open repository. Error details: Repository is not ready for index-based search. Select a different repository."

Cause
This issue could occur for a couple of reason reasons:
1) The wrong version of the Repository Viewer was used to open the indexed repository. For example, if the indexed repository was completely indexed by InTrust 10.4.1 and user is attempting to open the repository with the Repository Viewer from InTrust 10.2.
2) The Repository is using a local path to the storage and the Repository Viewer is being run remotely. It cannot access the index.

Resolution
1) Ensure the repository viewer being used to open the InTrust repository matches the version that the repository was indexed with.
2) Ensure the repository path is configured for access with UNC path and not local path.
