When doing FreeBusy lookups from Exchange to Domino, after turning on the advanced logging in Outlook, you see the following error in Outlook advanced logging:
Exceeded the number of Autodiscover redirections for e-mail;SMTP:firstname.lastname@example.org. The maximum allowed redirections are 3 (this number may vary)
Lack of host file entries on the Exchange CAS server in the environment
