When migrating a GroupWise user, the error given below is seen and the user is not migrated.
ERROR: [7496-34-6-00001D4A] Unable to login to GroupWise as user 'username'
[7498] Check User ID.
Possible causes:
WORKAROUND 1
Uncheck the "Limit grace logins" option if it is enabled for the user account. Novell's ConsoleOne User Guide provides more information on this option.

WORKAROUND 2

WORKAROUND 3
Regenerate the Trusted Application key, following the steps mentioned here:
Quest KB Article SOL18265 - "Error using GroupWise Trusted Application: Login failed for user 'JohnDoe' when using the GroupWise Trusted Application"
WORKAROUND 4
Locate the problematic user in ConsoleOpen and provide the same GroupWise password for the user in question.
