When creating a EMC template you get a CEPP_NOT_FOUND error in the template window
When you check status you get CEPP_NOT_FOUND error in the status window
This is caused by a mix of EMC version/setup.
To get around this issue you have to disable CQM.
Do so by modifying the following Registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EMC\Celerra Event Enabler\CEPP\CQM\Configuration\Enabled
Change the value from 1 to 0.
Restart the EMC cava agents and the Quest ChangeAuditor agent (Quest File Server and Quest EMC services as well)
Test the template again and it should say success this time.
