Error "System.Xml.Schema.XmlSchemaException" when making a connection, after making some settings (4276122)

Made some settings changes but when closing and re-launching Toad, the following error comes up for any connection attempted:

A change to the location of the "Object Annotation Cache" folder in Tools | Options | Database | Cache does not move all annotation files to the new location.

WORKAROUND

Manually move files from the default (or previous location) to the new location.

e.g.

(For Win 7 or Vista):
Move 'Quest.PersistentCache_app1.xsd' from default location:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Quest Software\Toad Common Files\Object Annotation Cache 

to new location. 

STATUS

Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad.
