What are the requirements and the credentials needed to monitor IP phones and any VoIP device?
1. Enable SNMP - Go to Devices | right-click on Device | Tools | Enable SNMP.
2. Set the credentials as required - Go to Devices | right-click on Device | Settings | Manage Credentials | Credentials.
At the moment only Cisco devices are currently supported.
Avaya devices will be supported in the new NMS v6.2 which is due to come out on the 19th March.
