How can I modify how many minutes it takes before the "DBSS - Long Running Job" rule alerts?
Navigate to Administration | Agents | Agent Status
Select a SQL Server database agent
Edit the properties for the database agent
Select the link to modify the private properties for this agent
Scroll down to the Long Running Job Rule section of the ASP (Agent Status Properties)
Set the value for The minimal job running time value that 'Long Running Job Rule' will be fire (in seconds).
Click the Save Changes button.
The "DBSS - Long Running Job" rule can be cloned to a new rule meet your requirements.
The last_run_duration_obs observation holds the job running time. The units it uses are seconds. You can reference the value of last_run_duration_obs in the condition of the rule using the following format:
Following is the default Condition of the "DBSS - Long Running Job" rule:

The value of the last_run_duration_obs (#last_run_duration_obs#) can be included with an AND clause
