The backup fail with the error "All Operations Failed". The session details may produce the below detailed error message:
"Unable to connect to Backup Agent on the target DC. Possible reason: Windows Firewall on the target DC blocks Backup Agent traffic because the option to automatically configure Windows Firewall is not enabled in the Computer Collection Properties"
WORKAROUND #1:
Go to the properties of the Computer Collection and then go to the Agent Settings tab. Enable "Automatically configure Windows Firewall"

WORKAROUND #3:
Disable the Windows Firewall on the Domain Controller
To find additional information about the "All Operations Failed" error message, follow the below steps:
1. Open the Recovery Manager for AD console
2. Expand Sessions and find the session with the failure
3. After clicking on the session, right click on the DC on the right hand side and go to Properties
4. Click on the "Events" tab and review the warnings or errors for the backup session
