"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error when trying to a delete a collection (4331605)

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error when attempting to a delete a collection. A red X is displayed next to the collection, and attempts to remove the collection and/or commit changes are unsuccessful.

Follow the steps below to resolve:

1. Backup the SQL database SQL tools or SQL Server Management Studio
2. Close the QMM console
3. Open the SQL database using SQL tools or SQL Server Management Studio
4. Expand the QMM SQL database (default name is QMMProject). Open the dbo.COLLECTIONS table and locate the row for the collection in question. Change the "Deleted" field for the collection from 'true' to 'false' and click OK
5. Close the table and exit from the SQL tools/SQL Server Management Studio
6. Open the QMM console
7. Delete the collection
8. Commit changes
