Missing System Attendant Mailbox on the target Exchange Server.
Use MFCMAPI to test MAPI on the MessageStats server:
Download the latest 32bit version of MFCMAPI to the MessageStats server:
Note: If you receive an error at this point the issue is the MAPI client installed on the MessageStats Server. Try this solution.
Once the mailbox table populates click the Display Name column heading to arrange by column and scroll down and find the System Attendant.
If the System Attendant mailbox is missing that will cause the above errors and prevent MessageStats from gathering mailbox information.
You can also check the Event Viewer | Application log on the target Exchange Server for errors related to the System Attendant.
If your System Attendant mailbox is missing contact Microsoft Support.
