Directory Connector is creating duplicate contacts in Exchange. How to I prevent this from happening?
With in the CMN GUI, Right click on the connector that syncs to Exchange…then choose Edit. Select ‘Next’ until you get to the "Target Location Information" screen– and please check off the “Notes Migrator for Exchange Compatibity Mode” box if it isn’t.
You may wish to delete a duplicated contact first, then do this and run the connector again to very the results.
