When performing a file system restore the job fails with the following message - "Failed when sorting items to restore"
Insufficient disk space for the NetVault Temporary folder on the backup server.
Start the NetVault Configurator and navigate to the "General" page.
Check the location of the NetVault Temporary directory as configured in the "Temporary Directory" field.
Check the amount of free space on the volume/drive where the NetVault Temporary directory resides. It should be at least 4GB for each concurrently running backup/restore job. Make space available as necessary.
The location of the NetVault Temporary directory may be changed by reconfiguring the "Temporary Directory" field, the restarting NetVault services.
