Add 'toad.exe' as an application exception
- Launch 'Symantec Endpoint Protection
- Change Settings
- Exceptions | Configure settings
- Add | Application Exception
- Browse to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ Toad for platform X.x
- Select toad.exe
