The FMS has just been upgraded. Reviewing the upgrade log it says that the upgrade was successful but when it comes to login to the FMS web UI no Foglight logo is displayed.
It is possible that the FoglightBranding cartridge is not enabled.
1. Navigate to: Adminstration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory
2. Enable the FoglightBranding cartridge
