When trying to connect, user may get errors informing that SQL is unable to get OS info...(i.e. Collection 'Wait Statistics' failed : Collection 'SQL CPU Percent' failed : Windows data is not available for the 'SQL CPU Percent' collection.)
This error may happen when the connection profile is corrupted
The first thing to try is to drop the windows connection (in Spotlight) for that machine that it is failing on, and re-create it. If that does not help, then it is probably a problem with the client installation.ou may uninstall and reinstall client part of Spotlight install (not the Quest Diagnostic Server).
