Get "No argument found for format '%s'" error when launching or starting Toad. -
Description
User clicks on Toad icon presented in Citrix. Toad doesn't launch or start and gets the following two error messages:
"No argument for format '%s'."
Followed by:
"Toad has encountered an unexpected error. Be sure that you have full read and write access to you user profile directory and to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software."
