Description: Oracle RMAN backup job fails where backup is done through RMAN script in job but there is no backup data selection within Netvault
Versions: 8.22 +
Symptoms:
With older versions of the Oracle plugin it was possible to call an RMAN script under the plugin - Post Backup Scripts - option and run this through running the job without actually selecting any data to be backed up within Netvault. This is not possible with latter versions of the plugin and although Recovery Manager completes within the script the job will fail:
