Description:
Restoring a Full Mailbox restore with default Restore Option settings completes with warnings.
Symptoms:
The job log displays the following error
Failed to add database ‘Mailbox Store (ExchangeServername)’ to restore
Double clicking the error displays the following messages:
An error occurred:
Database is in use.
Dismount the Mailbox Store from the Exchange Recovery Storage Group
Steps:
1.Launch Exchange System Manager
2.Navigate to Recovery Storage Group
3.Right Click the Mailbox Store
4.Select Dismount
Run the restore job.
