Description:
Unable to access SQL databases after restoring whole databases to another SQL Server instance in an alternate SQL Server.
Symptoms:
After restoring all of the VDI backup databases; system databases followed by non-system databases to alternate SQL Server machine, one or more database can't be accessed due to the error similar to below.

Property of Owner is not available for Database '[Database Name]'. This property may not exist for this object, or may not be retrievable due to insufficient access rights.

This problem occurs when:
1. The Databases are created with Windows Authentication Mode.
2. The Databases are restored to another SQL instance on alternate Server.
Run the SQL command below to change the db owner to 'sa'.
