Description: Problems opening Logs
Symptoms: After selecting Logs, it then hangs for a while, then it closes and doesn't show any logs.
Stop the netvault services on the server, then change back to the ~netvault main directory and move the logs directory to a safe location:
mv logs log.save
Then create a new empty logs directory:
And restart the services.
This will create a new empty set of logs which should allow you to view new logs. You will not be able to see the history (but there is a safe copy in logs.save).
