GUI is unresponsive when browsing the Lotus Notes APM on a Domino server which hosts a large number of User Mailboxes.
If the option 'Use Caching to query Domino Server for all type on login' is enabled and the Lotus Domino Server holds a large number of User Mailboxes, the Lotus Notes APM might fail to open. The server can be opened to display first-level items such as "Initialization File", "Identification FIles", "Mail Databases", "Template Files", "Users MailBox" - but attempting to descend further into any of these results in the GUI hanging. Restarting NVBU and Domino is required to recover.
Reconfigure the Lotus Notes APM - disable "Use caching to query Domino Server for all types on login".
