Our practice is to include support for new devices in the most current release of NetVault. Customers who wish to implement new hardware in their environment may be required to upgrade in order to support a device. While NetVault continues to support a wide variety of hardware, new releases may not provide support for old hardware even though it had been supported by prior releases. Customers are advised to reference: http://www.bakbone.com/support/product_documentation/default.asp for information on supported libraries and drives, prior to purchase.
