Job Waiting for Media status - "failed to load media - the media is busy"
When trying to load media from slot, you get a "failed to load media - the media is busy", and your jobs stay in a Waiting for media status.
Under NetVault's Device Management, Media Request tab, put any media requests on hold (if any) by right clicking on the media request and choosing "Put on Hold". Then, right click on the Library arm/name, and choose "Open Door" (this will not actually Open your library door, this will just release any connection/communication between NetVault and the library).
Physically go to the library to make sure there isn't a tape actually stuck or any other problem, then, once that is done, go back into NetVault Device Manager, right click on the Library arm/name and choose "Close Door". This will re-establish connection with the library, and NetVault will do an initial scan/inventory of the library. This should clear up everything and you should no longer receive the error.
