KNOWN ISSUES:
RDP-191 Upgrading the NVFR Agent from 4.0 to 4.1 can cause a BSOD the first time that server is rebooted. This crash happens in rare situations, when a work item is being processed while the system is being shut down. To minimize the possibility of this crash occurring, shut down as many services as possible on the system before upgrading NVFR from 4.0 to 4.1. This includes shutting down SQL Server and Exchange Server. On file servers, try to minimize the load on the system before performing the upgrade.
RDP-238 The Search feature is currently accessible only at the Data Set level in the NVFR Server Tree.
RDP-282 In some Windows Server 2003 multi-processor/core environments, including Hyper-V guest, an issue with the Microsoft Windows QueryPerformanceCounter( ) function causes the value to work in reverse, which subsequently causes an assert in the NVFR Agent. To work around this issue, modify the boot.ini file by adding the /usepmtimer switch to the operating system’s boot entry. This instructs the system to use a different timer.
