Description:
SnapMirror to Tape restore fails with the message - SMTAPE Aborting Destination volume,XXX,is too small
where XXX is the destination volume name.
Symptoms:
Restore fails immediately after the media is assigned and the restore operation is started on the filer.

The error message volume is too small, aborting indicates that the destination volume is smaller than the source volume.
and this is preventing the restore operation from executing as their simply is not enough room to recover the data.
To resolve this on the filer Add more disk space to the destination volume
or choose another destination volume of sufficient capacity.
