Description: Customer cannot log on to the support portal using the Safari web browser.
Symptoms: Customer cannot log on to the support portal using the Safari web browser.
By default, the Safari browser does not accept third party cookies, which is required to use the Customer Support Portal. To enable third party cookies:
1. From the toolbar, select Safari > Preferences
2. Select the Security Tab.
3. Click on “Always” to accept and remember all cookies.
4. Click “Done.”
5. Restart Apple Safari.
You should now be able to use the Customer Support Portal with no problem.
