Description: All the exchange plugin icons are showing up as "?"
To fix this problem:
1.SSH in to the Snap server and cd to /hd/vol_mnt0/BakBone/NetVault/bin
2. Enter ./txtconfig
3. Enter p
4. Enter the number adjacent to General
5. Enter the number 12 (or the number adjacent to "Package Install
System Check" to toggle this field to " OFF "
6. On the Domain Management machine place the Exchange plugin on
the desktop, then open Client Management, right click on the Snap-
Netvault server and select Install Software. Browse to the desktop and
select the Exchange plugin. Click OK to install.
You should now be able to browse an Exchange Restore without the question marks. It is adviseable to repeat steps 1 through 5 to undo the changes.
