"Failed to initialize backup stream" when trying to back up client (4046582)

Description:
"Failed to initialize backup stream" when trying to back up client.
This error can occur when you fail to add client that has a firewall and do not configure Netvaults firewall configuration to allow ports to be used.

Solution/Workaround/Procedure
The firewall tab of the configurator should be setup with the following port ranges 20031-20070. You can shorten the range if you like.

You will need to enter these ports if you have a machine on the other side of a DMZ from the Netvault server. And additionally you will need to add these ports on the server side and any other clients. Once we use these ports for any machine with a firewall we will be talking thru those port ranges only. So any additional clients on any side of the firewall will need to be configured to be backed up using these ports. So you would need to edit the firewall tab on the Netvault server and any of your Netvault Clients that is on the other side of the DMZ.
