Approvals fail to generate if delayed approvals is turned on and the rule has more than one user/ -
Description
Currently the csr status have been moved to system test and it will required transfer rule approval before moving to schedule prod migration. Normally user would be able to logon to the web client, look at the My approval and he/she would see the approval list from the web. Also when logon to the stat windows client, the csr should show up in File menu | status transfer approval.
