Which Foglight issues will be supported by Quest Technical Support and in which cases are Professional Services Support required?
Foglight 5 Licenses: Quest Technical Support cannot support Foglight licenses issues. For trial licenses, please contact your sales account manager or submit a support case and we will ask your sales account manager to contact you. For permanent licenses, please the Quest License Team.
Foglight 4 to Foglight 5 migrations: It is best to engage your sales account manager and Professional Services consultants, who can help to design and plan out the migration to Foglight 5. Things to consider would be hardware/platform requirements, environment and agent types and sizing, and training needs.
Customized and/or 3rd Party Application integration environments:These sorts of integration and customization scenarios go beyond the scope of support and are best handled by Quest Professional Services consultants, who can help architect and build a solution that meets your needs.
