When attempting to open a Target Live Mailbox you receive the following error:
"Could not connect to mailbox <MAILBOX_DN> Details: Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange computer is down for maintenance"
Connecting account running Recovery Manager for Exchange does not have Full Mailbox Access on the target mailbox. Account requires Full Access, Send As and Receive As permissions over the Mailbox.
Review the permissions of the logged on account running Recovery Manager for Exchange and ensure it have Full Mailbox Access with Send As / Recieve As permissions to the mailboxes you are trying to open.
Note: If account is a member of the Domain Admins group then it may have explicit denys on the mailbox.
