We have several people who are having issues with their personal email rules not sending them the email. When we look at the server log, we're seeing the following entries when the rule is being triggered:
Modifying the personal rule causes Stat to remove the row from the MERC_EMAIL_CFG_DIST table
1. Have the user delete the personal rule
2. Create a new rule, but make sure to include all the criteria, fields to include, message header and etc the first time the rule get create it. Afterward, take a look and see if a row get added to MERC_EMAIL_CFG_DET and MERC_EMAIL_CFG_DIST table. Do not modify the personal rule because stat ended up deleting the row from the MERC_EMAIL_CFG_DIST table.
Waiting for fix in a future release of Stat
