Your attempt to open the Recovery Manager for Exchange Web Interface may fail with any of the following symptoms:
- You encounter the error "Service unavailable" and the Rme application pool in IIS is stopped with the status "Unspecified error".
- You encounter the error "[SFxServerDidNotReply]".
- A blank page opens in your Web browser.
