The monitored Oracle database encounters the following error:
"ORA-7445: exception encountered: core dump [kgghash()+261] [SIGSEGV][ADDR:0x2B0BDA834000][PC:0x770C04D] [Address not mapped to object] "
How can it be fixed?
This is an Oracle issue and not an Foglight issue.

ORA-07445 is Oracle error message.
Please contact the Oracle support or apply the Oracle patch 8763922 to solve the issue.
The database getting the error in the alert logs within Foglight.
Turn off the Alert log collections as a workaround in Foglight console.
Navigate to the Database dashboard
select/check on the instance in question
Click Settings | Adminstration
Select the Collections item
search for Alert log
disable the Collection
click on Save Changes.
