Resolution
ORA-07445 is Oracle error message.
RESOLUTION 1Please contact the Oracle support or apply the Oracle patch 8763922 to solve the issue.
RESOLUTION 2
Oracle Metalink bug 25764352 for Oracle 12c has Oracle error message for ORA-07445. This is specific to Oracle 12c. Until Oracle fixes this there are two workarounds.Until the bug is fixed:1. Either set _PUSH_JOIN_UNION_VIEW to TRUE OR 2. Use the following workaround which helped for the same error in previous releases. _CURSOR_PLAN_UNPARSE_ENABLED=FALSEThis is on Oracle Metalink bug 25764352.The database getting the error in the alert logs within Foglight.
WORKAROUND
Turn off the Alert log collections as a workaround in Foglight console.
Steps:
Navigate to the Database dashboard
select/check on the instance in question
Click Settings | Adminstration
Select the Collections item
search for Alert log
disable the Collection
click on Save Changes.

When executing UPDATE statements from a 3rd-party application the following error is raised:
ORA-7445: exception encountered: core dump [kgghash()+261] [SIGSEGV][ADDR:0x2B0BDA834000][PC:0x770C04D] [Address not mapped to object] []
In the incident trace file the following information is found:
1. In the bind variable section of cursor dump one can see that:
- bind variable causing the error has the oacdty=23 and the avl value (4001) is greater than bln value (4000)
2. The call stack trace contains:
