Resolution
Procedure for Windows Server 2008:
1. Log on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group, and run the Component Services on each computer that has Migration Manager for Exchange agents installed. To do this, click Run on the Start Menu, type dcomcnfg, and then click the OK button.
2. Browse to My Computer node and open Properties. See screenshot 1.3. On the COM Security tab, click the Edit Default button in the Access Permissions section. Add the accounts used by the Migration Manager for Exchange agents and check Remote Access check-box. Then click OK. Please see screenshot 2.
4. In the Launch and Activation Permissions section on the COM Security tab, click Edit Default button. Select the accounts used by the Migration Manager for Exchange agents and check Local Launch, Remote Launch, Local Activation, Remote Activation check-boxes. Then click OK. See screenshot 3. -
