Error when applying license Unknown license problem: 0xc0000022.
This occurs when either Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) is installed on an un-supported platform or the logged-on account has insufficient rights to the registry because of restrictions caused by User Account Control (UAC) in recent Microsoft platforms. Windows 2008 R2 / Windows 7and Windows 2008 / Windows Vista never runs applications with full admin permissions even if you are a local admin (unless UAC is disabled).
RESOLUTION 1
Check Release Notes to ensure you are meeting the supported platform specifications.
RESOLUTION 2
The first time you run the application to install the license key, you need to run "as administrator" in Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2008 / 2008 R2 Server OS as the application needs admin rights to write the registry details. After this has been done, the application can be run with normal rights.
If "Run as administrator" is not available as an option when right-clicking on the MNE Migration Manager shortcut in your operating system, then you may need to manually navigate to:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Migrator for Notes to Exchange\notesmigmgr.exe"
and right-click on the executable file directly and select "Run as administrator".
RESOLUTION 3
1-Open the license file with Notepad
2-Verify there is no additional text after the "signature=" value. For example:
Signature=Value
