Error occurs: 1764 Error 0x5. Access is denied. while moving computers with the new QMM RUM (version after 8.3). At the same time Controller and Agent credentials are defined properly and membership of QMM service account is verified in the built-in Administrators group for the Source, Target domains and on the workstation being moved.
This article applies to QMM versions 8.4 and after.
Please verify that qmm service account is specified for both source and target domains in the Tools | Manage Agents Credentials dialogue. If no account is specified for one of the domains Access Denied error may occur.
