"Delete All Watches" option is greyed out when trying to delete multiple watches
Description
The "Delete All Watches" option is greyed out when right clicking in the Watches window in the Editor to delete mutliple watches.
Steps to Replicate: 1. Load a procedure into the Editor 2. Add about 5 watches 3. User able to right click and delete watches and also delete all watches 4. Exit out of Toad and launch Toad 5. Load the same procedure 6. User right clicks on the watches panel and the delete all watches option is not enabled
