Clicking on any entry under "Instance View" yields no results
From the home screen, if there is a metric that is red (for example, when the 'Memory %' indicator is showing a high number) and if it is clicked on it to investigate, the user is brought to the history section. When he then clicks on "SQL Statements" under the Instance View, the operation completes quickly, but no SQL statements appear.
However when accessing the history screen the "normal" way by clicking on the history tab, the expected SQL statements are visibile, so it appears to only occur when you access the history in the above manner. When customer accesses it the "normal" way and puts the same time period, he sees all the SQL.
There is no problem with PASS here. It is just a matter of understanding the PA display. When accessing it from the Home page, the history has Resource set to Memory. If you change the Resource to Workload, the SQL statements then appear, but they are not causing the high memory usage.
