After logging in to Secure-IT/Web Access you may receive the error, "Computer not Available" after clicking on a Managed Application linked to a Terminal Server but not to a VDI computer.
The error "Computer not available" may mean the Web Access site is attempting to use "NAT support for Firewall Traversal" when it should not be.
1. Log in to the Web Access Admin site.
2. Select your Farm Definition from the Drop-Down list.
3. Click on Firewall/SSL VPN in the main section of the page.
At the bottom of the page there will be a Checkbox for "Enable NAT support for firewall traversal".
Make sure this checkbox is unchecked.
