Missing data on Oracle dashboards - Error is:
"There is no data to display"
"An error has occurred. Please check your logs."
Forced a rebuild of Oracle model by disabling and re-enabling Oracle Cartridge.
- Got to "Admin Console | Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory"
- Select the Oracle cartridges
- Click on "Disable Selected" and if all have been disabled, click on "Enable Selected"
During disabling and re-enabling a message regarding dependencies might come up. Ignore the message. After re-enabling check if all cartridges have been activated. Due to dependencies some might have not been activated. Do the enabling step for that cartridges again.
Deactivate and activate the agent in the Agent Status panel.
When using Foglight Management Server 5.6.5 please upgrade to the latest patched Oracle cartridge version 22.214.171.1245, which can be obtain via Quest Support.
