After an upgrade from vWorkspace 5.x to vWorkspace 6.x non-32 bit clients (Wyse, HP) are unable to communicate with the Connection Broker.
The error message be similar to this:
"Sign on failed: result= error 50. This version of the Virtual Access Suite (VAS) client does not support secure tickets. You must upgrade to VAS client 5.10 or higher".
Introduced in version 6.0; vWorkspace uses secure ticketing system for internal communication. Current Wyse Thin OS (WTOS), Windows Embedded CE6 and other non-32 bit clients do not support this.
To workaround this issue complete the registry modification outlined below. Ensure that this modification is implemented on all Connection Broker systems within the environment.
