When installing the Quest application, the following error is displayed:
"Error 1704. An installation for <program name> is currently suspended. You must undo the changes made by that installation to continue. Do you want to undo those changes? Yes/No"

What is causing the error? Should we select 'Yes' or 'No'?
This is a Windows Installer error not a Quest application error. It may be that the following registry key is in place:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\InProgress
Perhaps an installation of another application is either in progress or had failed at some point and left the installer in an 'In Progress' state.
Clicking 'Yes' will not effect the installation of the Quest application, but some further research may be needed regarding the state of the program mentioned in the error, before selecting 'Yes'. This research is outwith the remit of Quest.
