Running the Regather Struture function on the Exchange Organization fails with the error 'No Task -

When you right click on your exchange organization in the console and select Regather Structure it fails with the following error:
No Task Found
Sign In Required
You need to be signed in and under a current maintenance contract to view premium knowledge articles.
