Cannot start JBoss / Weblogic server when Foglight Server is not available -
Description
If the Foglight Management Server (FMS) is not accessible for any reason, sometimes any instrumented applications (JBoss, Weblogic) in J2EE will fail to start. If the Performasure instrumentation is taken out of the Application Server startup scripts, the JBoss application will start ok.
