Some Intrust reports may create temporary tables (with T_ or TEMP_ prefix) in the data sources they work with. To avoid excessive database size growth, you can periodically remove temporary tables from the databases assigned to your data sources. For that, you can schedule a special Temporary Tables Clean-Up job for the data source you need. However, the QKP does not allow for viewing the current status of the clean-up jobs. This solution explains how to retrieve this information.
The status of all completed/failed clean-up jobs can be looked up in the Report Manager (not available in Quest Knowledge Portal so far):
Open Report Manager, select 'Site Settings' option and then 'Manage shared schedules'.
